Congratulations to the 2026 Carriers of the Year

Overland Park, Kan., August 24, 2026 – This past Friday, Dynamic Logistix brought together our carrier partners for an afternoon of recognition and celebration at the 2026 Carrier of the Year Awards.

This annual event recognizes the carriers that consistently go above and beyond to keep our clients’ freight moving. Winners were selected based on exceptional performance across five key areas: communication, reliability, collaboration, technology adoption and accuracy.

The 2026 Carriers of the Year

This year, DLX recognized four carriers whose service, performance and commitment to partnership set them apart:

• Wastern Flyer Xpress
• Dynamic Dedicated
• Melton Truck Lines 
• XPO

Each of these carriers has played an important role in helping DLX deliver the service, visibility and reliability our clients count on.

Western Flyer Xpress continues to stand out within our core carrier network. As one DLX team member shared, “Their commitment to our drop trailer pool and excellent communication is what separates them from other carriers.”

Dynamic Dedicated was recognized for the high level of service provided throughout its organization. “From their drivers to their dispatchers, all the way to their yard management team, they provide top-tier service,” said a member of the DLX team.

Melton Truck Lines has consistently provided excellent coverage and service while going the extra mile for our clients. Their proactive communication gives shippers and receivers the visibility they need throughout every load.

XPO delivered an on-time performance rate of 97.72% over the past year while successfully onboarding DLX’s largest new LTL client. The team has also helped advance dynamic pricing within our carrier network and continues to resolve issues quickly—often before they ever reach the client.

Celebrating Every Second

This year’s Carrier of the Year winners received an OMEGA watch in recognition of the time, effort and consistency they put into every shipment.

It was a fitting tribute to carrier partners who understand that in transportation, every second counts. To our COTY winners, wear it well—you’ve earned every second.

Following the awards ceremony, guests gathered for a tailgate before heading to Kauffman Stadium to enjoy a Kansas City Royals game. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the people and partnerships behind the performance while enjoying one of Kansas City’s favorite summer traditions.
