The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in executing business for TMS customers partnering with the Customer Account Managers to ensure the customers’ needs are being met. Using LoadTap and other technological solutions to ensure orders are tracked, appointments scheduled, and shipments managed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace shipments to ensure customer shipments are picked and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Communicate shipment updates to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Make informed decisions and provide quality shipment updates.
  • Use our technology to gain efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Have fun (work hard/ play hard)
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

Freight Claims Specialist

About the job

The Freight Claims Specialist will be responsible for effective and efficient collection efforts from clients and carriers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collect all necessary claims documentation from clients and carriers
  • Review and analyze documentation for completion and accuracy
  • Review account information prior to making phone contact
  • Enter information into claims software and file directly with carriers
  • Handle all communication and follow up with the carrier until a resolution is found on the claim
  • Investigate and analyze cargo claims for loss, damage, and delays to determine company liability and costs for damage or loss while protecting the company and customer interests
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with carriers, insurance companies, and customers
  • Proactively review outstanding claims, Prepare weekly reporting of outstanding claim updates for the leadership team
  • Facilitate communication between operations, accounting, our clients, and our carriers on the outcome of claims
  • Help improve current claims processes and develop efficiencies
  • Direct report to the Claims Team Lead
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One plus years of experience in an administrative, billing, or collections environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Must have high energy and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

TMS Support Specialist

A TMS Support Specialist will provide technical support to users, internal and external for our TMS application 3GTMS. Day-to-day issues can include simply providing instruction or escalating issues to other team members, while other issues may require deeper investigation and problem solving.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for both internal and external end users
  • Organization of all requests so users receive a response in a timely manner
  • Escalate support issues to proper individuals if needed
  • Minor TMS Configuration alongside implementation team
  • Develop effective solution for complex issues that may arise
  • Identify and implement process to increase automation
  • Communicate solutions with affected users
  • Expands skill sets and explores future applications of software and business knowledge to increase opportunities for company and self
  • Manage all TMS carrier contracts (TL, LTL, Intermodal)

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, related field, business, or compelling certifications
  • Previous experience supporting software applications desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with both non-technical users and highly technical users
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks

Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Associate will perform multiple functions of accounts payable including entry and processing of payments, verifying, and reconciling invoices, and responding to vendor inquiries.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all payables are coded appropriately within the Company’s accounting structure
  • Monitor email inbox and reply to payment status emails from vendors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally amongst all other departments to ensure smooth operations for DLX.
  • Ensures discrepancies related to vendor (remittance address and payment terms) or payment information are resolved in a timely manner
  • 1099 Maintenance – including vendor set up and W9 forms
  • Month-endin month end closing
  • Ensure all corporate credit card transactions are entered and the companies expense policies are followed
  • Provide support to the Carrier Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Other projects as assigned

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Full-time · Associate

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients. This position will work directly with customers via phone and email to resolve invoice and credit issues.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Post daily receipts (wires/ACH/checks) in a timely manner
  • Review customer aging reports on a weekly basis
  • Develop relationships with clients and resolve disputed invoices
  • Investigate, research, and resolve outstanding account receivable items
  • Identifies root cause of billing disputes, reports process deficiencies, and recommends process improvements to create efficiencies and reduce errors
  • Obtain a general understanding of the operations and different departments of DLX
  • Reconcile billing differences between DLX invoicing and payment services
  • Direct report to the Accounts Receivable Manager
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Require Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
  • Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:
