Introducing Carrier QuickPay: Better invoice visibility, faster cash flow, and greater financing flexibility

By Logan Delphon –  Director of Finance, Dynamic Logistix

Why wait 30 days for payment when it could be 24 hours?

At Dynamic Logistix, we’ve seen firsthand how long payment cycles impact carriers. The standard 30–60-day payment cycle often stalls cash flow and hinders carriers’ ability to cover maintenance, fuel, and other operational costs. Which is why we’ve prioritized giving our carriers the best tools that allow them to reinvest in their business and get back out on the road.

We’re proud to launch a faster way to get paid: Carrier QuickPay, powered by TriumphPay.

The Carrier QuickPay program offers several benefits to carriers, including:

  • 24/7 Invoice Visibility: Log in from any device and view the live status of all your invoices.
  • 24-Hour Payment Cycle: After delivery, carriers can expect payments to be processed within 24 hours, ensuring expedited cash flow to support your operations.
  • Paperwork Management: Upload, submit, and manage important documents, such as Proof of Delivery (POD), in one place.
  • Flexible Financing: Enjoy financial flexibility without ever signing a long-term contract.

How to Get Started with Carrier QuickPay

Setting up your account is straightforward. Here’s how:

  1. Visit TriumphPay’s website: Go to triumphpay.com to create your account.
  1. Decide how often you want to use QuickPay. We recommend enrolling in the Select Carrier Program, which offers QuickPay on all DLX transactions and those with other participating partners. You can also choose QuickPay on an invoice-by-invoice basis.
  1. Choose your preferred payment method. Our recommendation is to sign up for ACH payment. You can also choose check or wire payment
  1. Finally, connect with DLX using the ‘Connect with your Brokers’ functionality.

Reinvest in Your Business

The Carrier QuickPay program offers better invoice visibility, increased cash flow, and greater financing flexibility for your carrier business. The best part? This is just the beginning. We have more carrier programs in the works to better serve our carriers and their businesses, so stay tuned for more exciting updates from our team.
